Starting as an independent enterprise in 1985, China Travel Tours Transportation Services Hong Kong Ltd. (CTTTS) is a coach service provider under the China Tourism Group and Shun Tak Holdings Limited.

Under the iconic brand, “CTG Bus” (previously known as “CTS Bus”), CTTTS operates its businesses in both cross-boundary transportation and car rental sectors. Its business scale is with a fleet size of more than 260 vehicles and 600 employees. Its site network is well-developed covering all of the “2+9” cities in the Greater Bay Area (GBA).

CTTTS is always ambitious for growth. Recently, it leverages its land transport assets to expand into new fields including Advertising & Media, E-Commerce, Educational tours, MICE, and Travel.

Business Performance

As a dominant player with annual bus patronage of over 6 million, CTTTS is widely recognized for its outstanding service with safety, convenience, swiftness, and comfort delivered. Due to its unparalleled expertise, CTTTS has been selected as one of the licensed cross-border coach operators in Hong Kong International Airport, AsiaWorld-Expo, and Hong Kong Disneyland.

CTTTS is committed to building long-term partnerships. Its good reputation has deepened its collaborations with Airport Authority Hong Kong. CTTTS is selected as the exclusive transportation service provider for the Hong Kong International Airport (HKTA) lines: from/ to its Remote City Terminal in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Jiangmen respectively.

Growth and Development

In 2020, for the better development of a multi-modal transportation platform in GBA, Shun Tak Holdings Limited (0242. HK) and China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited (0308. HK) implemented the reorganization of Shun Tak-China Travel Ship Management Ltd (STCT). Subsidiaries under STCT include CTTTS and “TurboJET”, the recognized leader in the field of Hong Kong-Macau hydrofoil ferry service.

To dovetail with the growing communications within GBA, CTTTS is actively expanding its business. One of its latest lines is route between Hong Kong (HKIA, Metropolitan Area) and Zhuhai Jinwan Airport. It also successfully lined up with other industry players to operate the following brands： “All China Express” “HZM Bus” and “HKMOExpress”.

In recent years, CTTTS has been processing digital transformation and is endeavoring to promote “Smart Mobility”. With the use of technology, CTTTS has expanded its business online and greatly improved its service quality, productivity in sales, promotion, and operation. Its current achievements include paperless e-tickets and mobile check-in.
